
Coaching
Non-directive coaching provides a structured space for reflection, clarity, and intentional action. I do not provide advice or ready-made solutions. Instead, I guide the process through thoughtful and structured questioning, enabling you to generate your own insights and decisions. My approach follows the GROW framework and is informed by my ongoing coach training.
I am currently in the process of working toward ICF accreditation and am not yet ACC or PCC certified. I participate in weekly coach training and mentoring sessions and actively practice and reflect on my development as a coach.
Clients choose to work with me because I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where they can think freely and speak openly. With an international background and experience across different cultural contexts, I bring openness, curiosity, and sensitivity to diverse perspectives.

Starter Coaching Plan

The Starter Coaching Plan begins with an exploratory discovery session where we discuss your goals and expectations. During this session, I explain what coaching is, how the process works, and how we can tailor it to your personal needs and preferences.
Following this initial conversation, you will receive a coaching agreement outlining the structure and expectations of the sessions.
The plan also includes one 45-minute coaching session, where we begin exploring your goals in more depth and identify practical steps that can help you start building positive habits and meaningful change in your daily life.
The purpose of this starter plan is to provide a clear introduction to the coaching process, allowing you to experience how the sessions work while beginning to reflect on your personal development goals.
Growth Coaching Bundle

This package includes three personalised coaching sessions designed to support gradual and sustainable habit formation.
The coaching approach is non-directive, meaning that the sessions focus on helping you explore your own insights, values, and solutions rather than giving prescriptive advice. The aim is to create space for reflection so that you can better understand what truly supports your growth and wellbeing.
Between sessions, you will receive short reflective exercises and homework designed to help you discover more about yourself, your patterns, and the conditions that allow you to thrive. These activities encourage deeper self-awareness and help translate insights from the sessions into everyday life.
To maintain momentum, we also schedule brief 15-minute check-in calls between sessions. These short conversations provide an opportunity to track your progress, reflect on any challenges, and address questions that may arise while you are implementing new strategies.
Research suggests that forming a new habit often takes around 66 days, which is why the coaching focuses on small, consistent changes that can gradually become part of your daily routine.
